BC Golf Comes Up Short At Bison Invitational

The Varsity golf team has been busy this season. They’ve competed in eight meets so far, most notably the Bison Invitational. BC hosted Harrison, McCutcheon, West Lafayette, Delphi, Rossville, Tri-County, Rensselaer, and a few other schools in an annual meeting.

The gold team, consisting of Hayden Hinds, Luke Sarault, Ethan Schieler, Hunter Sisson, and Ian Metzinger, placed 6th with 389 strokes.

Hayden Hinds – 97 strokes

Luke Sarault – 94 strokes

Ethan Schieler – 100 strokes

Hunter Sisson – 98 strokes

Ian Metzinger – 107 strokes

Then, the green team, which consisted of Logan Hoaks, Andrew Plassard, Andrew Brown, Sam Oswald, and Grady Rudolph, placed 9th with 408 strokes.

In a 12-team tournament, the Benton Central teams placed well. They have several meets over the next two weeks, so be there to support the Bison!
