Last week, the Lady Bison tennis team competed in the Hoosier Conference tournament. Sophomore Violet Hardebeck impressed in the singles. She defeated Logansport in the quarterfinals, West Lafayette in the semifinals, and Central Catholic in the finals. Violet finished in first place in the singles tournament and even earned All-Conference. In an impressive outing, she won all three of her matches in straight sets, with a dominant 6-0 score in the championship.
