With confidence coming, the Lady Bison enter conference ready to prove they belong among the top teams. They stand in a strong position, having built a solid foundation through their early-season performance.
As of now, heading into the start of the women’s basketball conference, the team is 4–1. Their only loss was to McCutcheon, falling short by six points. They currently sit as the No. 3 seed in the conference, but that means nothing yet they could battle through and take the win!
In the first round, they will play the Rensselaer Bombers, last year’s 2A state runner-up. This will be a great opportunity for the girls to go out, see what they can do, and hopefully take the game. Last year, the Lady Bison fell just 10 points short of the Bombers but held their ground. With all the new faces on the team this year, it will be interesting to see how the game plays out.
